• Promised lots of different features and delivered none of them
• They're not honest about the company. It's a white label brand and the software development actually is in the hands of someone else
• "When I criticised the product in a FB group, the founder DM'ed me and became increasingly aggressive and not willing to listen despite me saying right off the bat that i'm happy to take down the review if he proved me wrong"
